What is Lay-Away?- Layaway is a purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without paying the full price immediately. Layaways are different from all at once purchases. When you use a layaway plan, you pay in full including shipping and tax (if applicable) through installments over a (6) month period before getting the merchandise and there are no, or very low additional charges.
How much do I have to spend for a Lay-Away plan?- The minium total amount for a lawaway plan is $200.00 since we have to post invoices.
How do I make a Lay-Away purchase?- You place all your items in the shopping cart the same as if you were paying by credit card. Upon checkout you SELECT Lay-Away as the payment option. You will receive an email showing your purchase. You will also receive an invoice from PayPal.
What are my payment options?- All payments must be made through PayPal. After you have placed an order you will receive an invoice every month by email stating the amount to be paid. The very first payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
How many payments do I have to make?- The default is set to your first of six (6) monthly layaway payments. This default amount is the payment that has to be made at least once a month to keep your layaway plan active and current. All layaway plans are for a maximum of 6 months. There is no penalty for completing your layaway plan early.
What happens if I miss a payment on my Lay-Away plan?- The first payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. The rest of the payments must be made within 14 days, of receiving an invoice. If no payment is received from any invoice, your layaway purchase will become VOID and the merchandise will be removed from layaway hold and returned to stock. You will be refunded 85% of all monies paid.
Why has my order been deleted?- Orders that have been placed but no payment within the 48 hours from purchase or within the 14 days of the second to sixth invoice will be deleted. If you are still interested in that particular product simply resubmit your order.
Also, if your product has been discontinued and no layaway payment was submitted your order will be deleted.

Account Answers
Can I cancel my Lay-Away plan?- Yes. There will be a 15% restocking/processing fee of monies paid for ALL cancelled layaway plans. Refunds are processed through Pay-Pal.
What happens if my product(s) is discontinued while in Lay-Away?- If your product(s) is discontinued while in layaway, we will select a comparable item and notify you. If the new product(s) is approved, we will ship your new product(s) once it is completely paid.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my order in Lay-Away? - No, we are sorry. Since your total order is based on a payment over (6) six months we cannot allow for upgrades or downgrades.
When will my Lay-Away product(s) be shipped? - On average products are shipped about
4-7 business days (Monday-Friday)
after your final payment has been submitted.
Expect a delay in shipping during peak seasons such as spring, summer and holidays.
You will receive an email with the tracking number when your product(s) ship.

Security- We receive your payments using PayPal. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits. Your personal information is stored on PayPal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect the firewall-protected servers to the internet.
