Order Status Answers

Has my order shipped?- You can go to our Order Status page and enter your order number and the email address you used when you ordered.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?- On the Product Details page, type the quanity you want and click buy. On the Shopping Cart page, change the quanity to what you want and click update totals. To delete items in the Shopping Cart, simply check mark select and click delete.
If you have already placed an order, orders may only be cancelled or modified prior to any actual customizing to a component. Once any component has been modified to fulfill your order, that component has been customized for you and will remain as part of your order.

How do I track my order?- Go to Order Status and follow the directions. If your order has shipped, copy the tracking number, click on the FedEx link and paste the tracking number in the box.

My order never arrived- If you are certain your order was delivered, contact FedEx 1-800-463-3339 to be sure your order was delivered to the right location. Also contact us so we can help you locate your order.

An item is missing from my shipment- If the package is damaged contact FedEx 1-800-463-3339 to report the damaged package. If your package is not damaged and an item is simply missing, contact us.

My product is missing parts- Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and not on backorder. You should have received an email if any item is on backorder. If the package is damaged contact FedEx 1-800-463-3339 to report the damaged package. If your package is not damaged and an item is simply missing, contact us .

When will my backorder ship?- You should have received an email stating the estimated arrival date to our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be shipped and or assembled after it is received in our warehouse.

How do I return my product?- Custom assembled clubs may not be returned except under our warranty policy. Returns that have not been used and still in original package will receive a 90% refund minus shipping and handling . Shipping and shipping cost is the responsibility of the individual returning the product(s). 3B Golf Clones will not assume this cost. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Contact us within 30 days from the day of purchase with your name, a daytime telephone number and the product(s) to be returned. We will email a Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. When returning your product(s) include your name, daytime telephone number and the Return Authorization Number given to you. When returning product(s) for refund, keep a record of the returning shipment and tracking numbers. 3B Golf Clones cannot be responsible for the returning product(s) until we have received it. The return product(s) will be inspected for compliance with our policy. After all polices have been met, 3B Golf Clones will credit in the form payment was made within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the returned product(s). 3B Golf Clones has no control over when your credit card company shows a credit to your account. Returns 30 Day Trial Play: If your not completely satisfied with your new clone golf clubs after trial play, return them within 30 days of delivery for 80% refund minus shipping and handling. Golf clubs returned with normal wear and not permanently damaged or abused will be accepted under this policy. Golf club orders, where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications, are excluded from this offer, meaning no upgrade on length, shaft(s) and or grip(s). Any club altered from the original manufacturer's specifications voids this offer. New Iron sets(3-PW/3-SW), Wedges(AW, LW), Drivers, Fairways, Putters, and Chippers are the only products eligible under this program. When will my order ship?- All orders ship within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from our Indiana or California warehouse. If an item is on back order you will be notified. Expect a delay in shipping during peak seasons such as spring, summer and holidays. Our golf clubs are custom assembled golf clubs, no matter what selections you make on your order. Therefore it takes time to build and set before packing and shipping. All orders are processed in the exact order in which they are received whether it is one club or a full set. Golf Club and Golf Bag Warranty- Golf clubs are covered by a one year warranty from the date of sale against breakage under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole, hill, toe or on top of the club caused by missed hits are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered. Clubs that has had repairs not done by us or approved by us is not covered. Any shaft broken as a result of unusual force such as bending, spine aligning, taking shaft deflection readings, or misuse is not covered. Shafts broken two inches or more above the hosel is not covered. If possible avoid hitting graphite shafted clubs off of driving range mats.
Golf bags are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of sale. At our option and you as the purchaser, defective products covered by this limited warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Defective products must be authorized for return from 3B Golf Clones r. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident to products which have not been repaired or modified by 3B Golf Clones or the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy- Your information is never shared or sold. We take privacy very serious.

Security- We receive your payments using PayPal. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits. Your personal information is stored on PayPal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect the firewall-protected servers to the internet.

When will my credit appear on my account/credit card?- We refund credits within 1-5 business days of receiving your return or cancellation. If you paid by credit card we have no control over when your credit card company shows a credit to you. If you paid using your PayPal account, PayPal should show the credit as soon as we issue it.

When will my credit card/PayPal account be charged?- Which ever one you use will be charged as soon as you place an order.
